Yesterday I saw a documentary from NDR, public quality television.
In the first third of the documentary, the interviewed groundskeeper reported that camping means absolute freedom.
Aha. For me, freedom means being self-sufficient for weeks at a time. To stand where I like it and where it’s relatively legal.
Due to my mobility, I don’t have to rely on having to use the necessary infrastructure within walking distance.
THAT is freedom!
This is, in MY understanding, NOT freedom:
But I’m also not the type to like having people around me all the time. More than five people is a burden.
And I’m not very good as a mental trash can.
