(Gothenburg) I am very grateful to have met Michael Dötterl from the workshop – order acceptance and as a decision-maker.
He comes from Regensburg and emigrated to Sweden with his family 15 years ago.
Michael and Toni, a rather funny and extremely friendly workshop manager, have taken on the problem of V-belts.
In Seville, unfortunately, only one instead of two pulleys was replaced. Rrrrhhh.
And, as I understood it, the V-belts are not correctly in synchronization.
In the MAN workshop in Slovakia, the line from the second alternator was allegedly accidentally damaged.
What do humans and electronics have in common? CONTACT PROBLEMS, every day….
Therefore, the 4 x LiFePO4 batteries of the cabin cannot be charged.
I organized the invoice from MAN Spain and made it available to the management here.
Hopefully the – renewed – complaint will be accepted. I want to avoid negative stress at all costs, especially since the people here are very, very friendly.
OVER-Night, spare parts come from Stockholm.
Tomorrow “early” at 10.00 a.m. it starts.
