At a corporate customer, an update ran fully automatically on its cloud Windows server 2022 today.
Unfortunately, the solution comes too late. The server can NO longer be reached remotely as a cloud solution.
The system boot files are no longer there. The system was shot down. Product liability for software? THANKS TO THE CDU AND FDP, there is no such thing.
The customer ALWAYS pays in case of software errors!
In the afternoon, I try to initiate a data transfer using a Linux emergency console. Not fruitful yet. Unfortunately, Ionos, the cloud provider, also has a bug in the system. You can’t reach a VNC server validly. Ohoh
