(Girona, motorhome pitch, Northern Spain) This morning and morning I visited three repair shops and tried to order this AL-KO overrun device or to ask in advance for a possible insurance benefit. Customer threatens with sales!
I’m miserably failing with my requests plus pictures. Ohoh
My e-mails sent to two other dealers here in Girona as well as the inquiry to the manufacturer AL-KO so far no reaction. At least I would have expected to receive at least an acknowledgment of receipt of the email along the lines of, yes we will get back to you within the next few hours/days. >> ZERO / 0 / ZERO NOTHING…
The manufacturer’s customer information AL-KO cannot be reached at the telephone number of the website. Only the call-NOT answering machine.
The AL-KO head office there 6 times tried to call, just ignore the music to paying customers. Rrrrrhhh
It’s really annoying. Luckily, I have something that most people and I didn’t have/had until two years ago: Z E I T
