In my life planning, the sale of the house was only planned in a few years.

And that traveling the world and occasional mobile working, as well as being pretty well equipped technically and mobile on the road.

And most importantly, to be COMPLETELY debt-free.

All vehicles incl. Lifemobile and conversions paid. The complete house financing settled. Paid back all the borrowed capital for my small company PhoComp e.K. Other open items are repatriated.

    Still 3,50 € plus X in the cash register…

Bringing all this forward and being able to sell the house for a very attractive market price was one of the best decisions in my life.

After the slump in the previous year, the German real estate market is declining even more sharply in the current year, according to a study. Based on the deals registered at the end of the first half of the year, the Hamburg-based Gewos Institute expects only around 591,800 purchase cases.

This would be almost a quarter fewer deals than in the already weak year 2022 and the lowest figure since the beginning of the all-German time series in 1995.

The nationwide sales volume is expected to fall by 29.1 percent to around 198.1 billion euros. Sales and case numbers are both the strongest declines ever measured, the institute announced.

In addition, I was incredibly lucky to have met a very competent, reliable and friendly person and blessed with plenty of life experiences.

Lutz Röbke has taken over my business as part of the lease and, as of today, has been with me for a whole year, despite very, very difficult conditions.

War in Ukraine / Explosion in gas and electricity prices / Inflation / Slump in consumer behaviour. Ohoh
