Due to the many tiny apartments and very small, often terraced houses, the life of many Spanish people (and human beings 😉, little gender joke) takes place outside.
Even at night. I have observed it again and again and everywhere that the public outdoor lights are on all NIGHT.
Even here in the small town of Campillo in the mountains, north of Malaga:
We are here now in winter, in mid-January. Therefore, of course, the trees are not yet in the growth phase.
