It’s hard to believe. In the last few weeks where I have ridden, i.e. about 600 km, all three V-belts ran perfectly.

No whining, no other noises, no smell.

Beautiful. It would be even nicer if the workshops had explained to me objectively beforehand what weak points, which wear parts there are.

Now I was sold a new alternator in Germany, although it was only a plug problem plus the mechanical work. The mechanical work, including the replacement of the V-belt AND pulley, was not carried out.

According to a workshop foreman, the new alternator was not used correctly for synchronization. Rrrrrh

But to tell me during the conversion that the closed V-belt had to be replaced. Error display.

Or that the pulley, which costs less than 40 euros, should be replaced at the same time.

No.

Now I have a new alternator that was not necessary and an odyssey through several workshops. Crass.
