In the north and northeast, in Catalonia, the roads are wonderful. Very good progress is being made quickly within the legal areas.
It’s bad in southern Spain. In some regions of Andalusia, the road conditions are as bad as they were in the GDR. Just not so many cobblestones.
Even the “highways” are often rather multi-lane, very poorly paved dirt roads.
Constantly out of nowhere suddenly bumps in the road. Flat potholes. It’s just creepy. And that for kilometers.
Suddenly down from 70 to 30 km/h, um, on the highway (!), that’s not funny.
